I have been a customer of ecowater since 1996. I have a 3000 series and it's worked perfectly for 30 years. I have had great tasting water. It has just recently gave me some problems. The people at advanced water systems went above and beyond to help get my system back up and running even though it is out of date. I thank them so much for all their help. I would recommend the ecowater system to anyone and the folks at advanced water systems.

I scheduled a consult for a new well water test with Ecowater/Advanced Water systems. Although I have not purchased the system yet I feel the company deserves 5 stars for their professionalism. Brett and Lisa Crain were professional, timely, informative and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and seemed to be honest and caring. Good and honest service.

The unit itself is okay, I guess. The water isn't really even soft though. Also, I think they put a used one in and charged me for a new one. It had scratches and marks on it that made it look used. Also, the sales guy lied to me. I have small white particles in my water and he said this system would take them out. Over $3500 and a year later, I still have the white stuff in my water. No reduction whatsoever. I don't appreciate being lied to! The removal of the white stuff from my water was the ONLY reason I bought his unit. The one I had was working fine for soft water. Also, when they installed it, they reduced my 1" water line to 3/4", which reduced my water volume by over 50%. Since a 1-inch pipe can carry 30 fixtures and a 3/4-inch can carry 14 fixtures, you can see the volume is cut by over half. The installer said I'll get more pressure with the smaller pipe, but he doesn't know what he's talking about. You can't get more pressure than the upper setting on the pressure switch, which in my case is 60 PSI. All you get with a smaller pipe is less volume. I have two homes on my property, both supplied by the same well. For the other property, I went to Lowe's and bought a $400 water softener and installed it myself. It works SOOO much better than the EcoWater junk. I wish EcoWater would contact me as I'd like to sell this piece back to them and go buy another Lowes softener for our main house. Otherwise I'm out $3500 because of them! As I said, the unit just okay, the company - not so much. The only way I would do business with them again, is if they'd buy this junk back from me.

great service, great results

5 stars isn’t enough. Our water at home is so good now that I’ve become a full-on water snob. I literally avoid showering anywhere else because nothing compares. Hotels? Our mountain house? Nope. I wait until I get home to my EcoWater setup. Softer skin, cleaner dishes, better tasting water — and somehow even the laundry feels fancy now. The service was professional, fast, and worth every penny. Highly recommend if you want your house water to feel like it got promoted.

Devon was on time and very helpful with our water system. We've lived in our home just a little over a year, not knowing the efficiency of our well water softener system. He answered all our questions and explained so it was easy to understand. Happy that we called!

We have had this system for several years. All employees that have come out to service the system have been friendly and professional. Today he did a general maintenance checkup. He replaced the filters and tested the water. I appreciate the prompt friendly service from setting up the appointment to the work done.
